📆 After the success of the previous editions, RICH Europe kindly invite applicants to Research Infrastructures calls 2026 to participate in the Proposal Check Workshop – 2026. The event will take place online on 1-4 June 2026.

❓Are you preparing a submission for the 2026 Horizon Europe Research Infrastructure Calls❓

The Proposal Check offers proposers a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and competitiveness of their proposals. Through detailed, constructive feedback from experienced Horizon Europe evaluators (officially appointed by the European Commission) applicants can refine their submissions and significantly strengthen their chances of securing funding. The service is free of charge for the proposers.

🔎What is it?

The Proposal Check Event is organized by RICH Europe, a network of Research Infrastructure National Contact Points (NCPs) that provides services across Europe with the aim of strengthening the European research infrastructure ecosystem.

Each consultation is tailored to the individual proposer and will take the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. Following a brief pitch by the proposer, evaluators will provide feedback on all sections of the Horizon Europe proposal Part B – Excellence, Impact, and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential.

Proposal Check Workshop – 2026 Edition

RICH Europe organise un évènement pour améliorer la qualité et la compétitivité des propositions de projet qui visent les appels HORIZON-INFRA-2026-DEV-01 (date de clôture : 16 juin 2026).

-> Il est possible de s’y inscrire jusqu’au 10 mai : Inscriptions

L’inscription est considérée comme une expression d’intérêt. Les personnes inscrites seront contactées au mois de mai afin qu’elles puissent soumettre le draft de la partie B de la proposition (qui inclura le budget) pour le 17 mai 2026. 8 propositions de projet seront ensuite sélectionnées pour participer à cet évènement. Les personnes en charge de ces propositions seront invitées le 25 mai au plus tard.
